It is always fun going to pick-n-pull to get a replacement part for your vehicle. I worked with James and he was very knowledgeable. I bought one of their salvaged vehicles and James did a great job of making sure it was roadworthy (Cleaned windows, topped of AC, checked tires). Thanks for a great experience.

Sandra was absolutely incredible!! I haven't had customer service as amazing has the customer service she gave my husband and I in a long time. We were looking for a part for our son's truck for his 16th birthday and she not only made us feel like family, but she also took the time to help us navigate what vehicles would have what we needed and she was right. We found exactly what we have been searching for. Now our son's dream truck is ready to be driven safely. Thank you so much, Sandra. You are a blessing.

The second to last time I visited the yard I had a great experience. Got some parts I needed at a great price. The clerk and manager were very kind. The last time however, I got charged an absurd amount. Anything and everything the fella at the counter could charge me for, he did. It made the run not worth it.

Great service everybody in the staff is always willing to help. Have a good selection too. Would like to mention one staff member named Jadyn. Seen her help a man and his son load a transmission and transfer case and she let the truck I’m looking at from them idle for a while so I could see if it had over heating issues. Definitely worth the trip to find parts.

Sandra was able to recognize a situation that was not this stores fault but a failure in company policy and procedure. She could have easily let a long time customer leave frustrated and disappointed over what should have been a simple exchange. Sandra took the time to understand the situation and find a way to not lose a sale, a customer, and future positive recognition for this location. Thank you for your support 🙏 Great job!
